Hi everyone - I'm in the Hamilton/Dundas, Ontario area and looking to connect with other local robotics enthusiasts. I'm interested in meeting people who are working on robot projects, sharing builds, collaborating, or attending/organizing local meetups. If you use Synthiam ARC, EZB controllers, Robot Skills, or write JavaScript/Python scripts for your robots, I'd especially like to connect - but all robotics hobbyists are welcome. Anyone nearby or interested?

Hope you find some people - also think of checking Facebook or X (formerly known as Twitter, lol). I really dislike calling it X.. sounds like I need to clarify what it really is every time I say X.
Thanks, I've tried but no luck. Are there any members on this forum that live in the area or even Toronto GTA?
I've seen tons of users from your area over time. The thing is, forums are a thing of the past these days. Some people use Discord, but because of AI, people get instant answers without needing to talk to people. Forums have progressively gotten less and less used over the years.
Is there a makerspace in your area? That would be a good way to meet like-minded people, too.
There sort of is but not really interested in robotics and programming. Would you be able to give me some names of people in my area or is that forbidden?
Ya unfortunately I couldn’t give names out. Maybe someone will see.
