What version of Windows are you using?
I believe there might have been a previous install of an older version of ARC.
uninstall ARC in control panel -> Program and features
navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)
Delete the EZ-Robot Inc folder in C:\Program Fles (x86)
Reboot
reinstall from a fresh MSI downloaded from https://synthiam.com/Software
