Does anyone know what size servo horns fit the heavy duty and continuous rotation servos sold in the shop? I need servo horn pulleys for my project, but I don't know what size to order.

Are you asking about this HDD Servo? If so, the specs are posted on the product page - also there is a bag of servo horns included. Here's the specs for ya!
